Neura™ Platform Terms

Applies to Neura Coach™, Neura Arena™, Neura Academy™, Neura Sync™, and related tools, content, software, and services (the “Platform”).


Welcome to Neura™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Neura platform, including Neura Coach™, Neura Arena™, Neura Academy™, Neura Sync™, and all related tools, content, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose of the Platform

Neura is an educational and professional development platform designed to provide behavioral training, performance education, communication skills development, and reinforcement through digital content, simulations, analytics, and gamified experiences.

Neura does not provide legal, medical, clinical, financial, regulatory, therapeutic, or professional advice of any kind. The Platform is not a substitute for employer training programs, compliance programs, standard operating procedures, or professional judgment.

User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your communications, decisions, and actions.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and employer policies.
  • Use of the Platform does not relieve you of any professional, ethical, or regulatory obligations.

Neura makes no representations that Platform use will ensure compliance with any law or regulation.

No Guarantee of Results

Neura does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to increased sales, revenue, performance rankings, compensation, promotions, or professional success.

All examples, simulations, leaderboards, scenarios, and performance indicators are illustrative and educational only. Individual outcomes vary based on effort, experience, environment, and organizational factors.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Feedback

Certain features of the Platform use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate insights, feedback, scoring, or recommendations.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs are probabilistic, not factual determinations.
  • AI feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contextually limited.
  • AI outputs are advisory and informational only.
  • AI feedback should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions or actions.

Neura disclaims all liability arising from reliance on AI-generated feedback.

Nonverbal Communication and Behavioral Interpretation

Neura provides training related to behavioral observation and nonverbal communication.

You acknowledge that:

  • No single behavior, gesture, cue, or signal definitively indicates intent, honesty, deception, or emotional state.
  • Behavioral interpretation depends on context, culture, environment, and individual baseline.
  • All behavioral insights are hypotheses, not conclusions.

Neura does not claim to detect truth, deception, or intent.

Regulated Industries Disclaimer

For users in regulated industries including medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, insurance, finance, or other regulated sectors:

  • Neura does not provide medical advice, prescribing guidance, clinical recommendations, or promotional claims.
  • Neura does not replace legal review, medical-legal review, promotional review boards, compliance departments, or regulatory approval processes.
  • All messaging, communications, and conduct remain the responsibility of the user and their employer.

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, including but not limited to FDA, FTC, CMS, FINRA, SEC, and state-level regulations.

Mental Performance and Wellbeing

Neura provides performance education and behavioral skill training only.

Neura does not provide mental health services, therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment. The Platform is not a substitute for licensed healthcare or mental health professionals.

If you experience psychological distress or mental health concerns, seek assistance from a qualified professional.

Gamification, Competitions, and Leaderboards

Gamified features, competitions, rankings, and leaderboards are provided for engagement, training, and educational purposes only.

  • Scores and rankings do not constitute formal performance evaluations.
  • Neura does not determine employment decisions.
  • Employers control how Platform data may be used within their organization.

Data, Privacy, and Analytics

Your use of the Platform is subject to Neura’s Privacy Policy.

Neura may collect, process, and analyze data, including anonymized and aggregated data, for platform functionality, analytics, benchmarking, and improvement.

Neura does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party services and tools.

Neura is not responsible for third-party platforms, data accuracy, availability, security, or functionality. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

REGULATED INDUSTRY ADDENDUM – MEDICAL DEVICE & PHARMA


This Addendum applies to users operating in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, or life sciences industries. Neura is a behavioral training and performance education platform. Neura does not provide medical advice, clinical guidance, prescribing recommendations, health economic claims, or promotional messaging. Neura content, simulations, scenarios, and AI-generated feedback are non-promotional and educational in nature. They are not intended to influence clinical decision-making or substitute for approved product labeling. Neura does not replace or bypass Medical-Legal-Regulatory (MLR) review, Promotional Review Boards, compliance departments, or internal approval workflows. All external communications, representations, and engagements remain the responsibility of the user and their employer. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, including FDA, FTC, CMS, state regulations, and internal company policies.
