Chris spent ten years immersed in behavioral influence, developing the OutsideIN™ curriculum that informs NEURA’s training. His background includes fourteen years in medical device sales at Baxter and Tyco, followed by peak performance consulting for management teams, sales teams, and professional and collegiate athletes. He co-founded NEURA with Reed Kellum in 2025.

Reed studied computer science at Tulane and completed eighteen months of intensive study under influence and persuasion coach Chase Hughes. His background connects technology with an understanding of human behavior. He co-founded NEURA with his father, Chris Kellum, in 2025.

Chief Financial Officer
Chad spent years in the hedge fund world, rising from analyst to portfolio manager working with organizations including Tiger Global and the Vanderbilt University Endowment, where he analyzed thousands of business models. A longtime student of behavioral influence, profiling, and body language, he honed those skills to accurately assess the many management teams he interviewed. He now specializes as a growth-stage CFO and advisor, focusing on capital raising, analytics and board relations, and joined NEURA as CFO in 2026.

Ryan brings 25 years of software development experience to NEURA, specializing in highly scalable enterprise systems and AI development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Digital Art. He co-founded AffiliateManager.com, acquired by Gen3 Marketing in 2020. He was Chief Software Architect of the Pro2Col Health application, building it from the ground up through its acquisition by Herbalife in 2025. He now serves as NEURA’s VP Engineering, bringing cutting-edge technical leadership, an entrepreneur’s perspective, and a track record of building compelling software.

NEURA grew out of Chris Kellum’s peak performance consulting with management teams, sales teams, and professional and collegiate athletes. Today, NEURA combines Client Advisor’s evolving understanding of each client with Coach’s conversation practice and the Academy’s training. Our team brings experience in behavioral influence, medical device sales, business building, and computer science to that work.
